Jackie Chan has just graduated from Police School and has been assigned to a police station in a small block. He starts his police career facing mass illegal underworld activity where gun fighting occurs frequently.
The chief of the underworld in the block tends to kidnap hostages. In order to keep justice and to mop up the evil gang, Jackie starts to investigate and rescue the hostages.
