Omar Sharif Bridge can use either the Standard American or ACOL bidding system. In either case, where appropriate, the Stayman, Gerber and Blackwood conventions are used, as is Control bidding (if Blackwood seems inadvisable). Omar Sharif Bridge will also make use of interventions such as Take-out doubles, Overcalls, Cue bids, Pre-emptive interventions and Penalty doubles.
