Hi,
I just got my 7610 about a week ago and I\'m having problems connecting it to my PC.
I\'ve got the DKU-2 USB cable and PC Suite 6.2 (both the latest versions off the net).
* I installed the Cable Drivers first (as it says to do).
* I then plug in my phone - Windows XP recognises it and installs the various drivers.
* I then install PC Suite 6.2 and reboot.
However, when I go to the Conection Manager it says...
Connection to Nokia PC Suite failed. Please reinstall Nokia PC Suite. (Code: Init IMediaControl2)
I\'ve tried the Technical Support line and they told me to disconnect my internet, uninstall, use the Registry CleanUp, and then reinstall... But it still won\'t work.
I\'ve heard rumors that this has something to do with some coding software I have already on my PC??
Please help?
