HOW CAN WE D/LODE 6-7 MB FILE TO 6600 NOKIA -PHONE
WHEN WE HAVE ONLT-4-5 MB SPACE IN PHONE MEMRORY,,,,

You cannot transfer the file which has more capacity than available capacity in phone. 6-7MB is more than phone capacity as you mentioned 4-5MB.
You are suppose to buy a new memory card e.g. 256MB which can stored up to 2 or 3 VCD capacity.
First , change ur phone Message Setting. How to do that here they are :
1. Open MESSAGING
2. On MESSAGING mode Choose OPTION
3. Choose SETTINGS
4. Choose OTHER
5. Change "Memory in use" with ur MMC.
6. Thats all.
And u can received SMS/MMS/Bluetooth Message with size is the same ur MMC free (Example- ur MMC free 100 MB -> so u can received SMS/MMS/Bluetooth Msg with size 100 MB).
u can also use card reader
wt do u mean 2-3 VCD ?do u mean like a whole film or summin, tell me pls
use nokia pc suite software with the help of this software you can send files directly to your mmc card
Vcd file, using smart movie app... you can store movies on your fone, as long as you have a large enough mmc
u can always recompress that movie to a lower bitrate, strip sound from it or make it lower resolution, just about the size of your screen...
well first of all u can try to convert the file into some smaller file format..if that doesn't works , then u have to do what raveny said ....lower bit rate etc ..
