ok first make sure your uploading the right one im in the US and i had uploaded European verson and it didnt work.after you got the right one you need the driver up load that with cell hooked up on the data cable and other end in usb port.it should pick up your cell phone,if not on bottom right coner of your screen you should see a image of a cell phone click on it.its the connection manager,make sure usb connection is light green then make sure serial port is light green click on advanced then you should scroll till you fined the usb port were your cell is pluged in make sure its the right one. you must also make sure the pc suit and driver are the ones you need for what ever your pc is running i use windows 2000xp my son`s is windows 98.if you do all of this there is no way it should work
