Problem with Caller ID

Hi!! Guys I am facing a weird problem with my caller ID... My PHONE is SAMSUNG X100

I am not getting the same number of the person calling....

EX: My phone shows Home number when I get a Call from my Friend...!!!!!????

Please help mr out with this problem...
