SX1 NEEDS BACK UP
EVERY TIME I TRY TO BACKUP MY SX1 ON THE MMC.. IT TURN OFF AND ON AGAIN.. PLEASE HELP.. AND HOW CAN I FORMAT THE SX1.. AND IS THERE ANY WAY TO SAVE MY CONTACTS BEFOR FORMATTING(NO WITH PC)

Shut off the phone, press the * and # and the red-phone-key simultanously to format the phone. Search for a file "Contacts.csv" and copy that to the memcard to save the contacts for restoring, or use a program like contacts manager.
