If you're looking for a new phone for that price, the best would be 7610. If you're trying a seconds phone, I think you'd probably get a 6630.

7610 vs SX1? Well, i don't think it's on same class
If you're looking for convinience, then Nokia's gotta be the best. But, if you wanna save some cash out of your $350 budget, then go for the SX1.
Even so, I think you'll get a good S60 Nokia for the SX1 price. I guess there was a topic about a comparison bout 3650 and SX1. Check that out here.

I suggest to go ahead with 6230. It is a pretty stable cell. With no Symbian though but then the viruses cannot also affect it. It is an edge enabled, mp3,radio and 4 minutes of video recording.

And, I reluctantly have to agree with him
I use 3650. very good phone. because there are everythings in this phone.
in addition to, 3650 is s60
a lot of app work in 3650.
