you need to format your phone. i think it is the only solution to use your soft right key. its up to you. this is only my opinion. thanks!

vhick thanks for the opinion but, no need to format the phone, to other ppol there has same prob as ido, i just clear all timers in phone, the gprs connections, etc. i cleared them all, including the caches.. and i there it works... "for me it works" but dont try to restore factory settings!!!
but if this things wont do, do what vhick says... =)
