For me there a advantage and disadvantage in both of e398 and k700.
For e398:
have 64 t-flash in the paket,flashlight so we can clearly shoot in the dark,have 3D surround sound,can zoom 4x,can access wap with modem.
For k700:
have fm radio,video record.
If u like music with low price,i suggest u buy e398 cuz u can buy t-flash up to 512mb,the sound is very wonderfull.
But if u like game,i suggest u to choose k700 cuz is not to hard to find all k700 game,u can record moment with video record and u can listen to the radio.
