Recently i have purchased a NOKIA n73 Music edition.But, to my disappointment, the headset which came with the phone had some problem.The volume controls on it dont work. I donno whats the problem.Its a brand new product. Infact, i purchased the phone as I would also get a wonderful headset which i got.But, my luck is so bad that, the one which i loved is malfunctioning .
So, kindly help me regarding this.Is there any software which i have to load into my phone for the proper functioning of the headphone's controls and other stuff.
