BUNCH-O-Questions about mpx220..i bought one

I cant get any of the games here working...maybe im doing it wrong.I get them to my phone but then they dont load...
whats the difference in a .jad & .jar
When i download game most of them are in .jar format with a bunch of files...WTF??
What good does unlocking the phone do?
Its has mobile windows what can i do with it?
i got the active sync going and i use it for free internet on my phone to get games,....Ive got one single game to work...and it locks up on my..its from midlet.org...MDoom..sux
Tell me anything that might help plz....
